For our second night at the Days Inn by Wyndham Fort Myers Spring Resort, we stayed in an even nicer room with a walk-in shower. The room was, once again, comfortable and well-maintained, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the breakfast experience was still disappointing, with limited options available. One thing that stood out was the large amount of trash scattered next to the building. It gave a less-than-ideal impression of the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property, which was a shame given the otherwise positive aspects of the stay. While the room itself was great, the breakfast and the area outside the hotel could use some attention to improve the overall guest experience.

I stayed at the Days Inn by Wyndham Fort Myers Spring Resort, and while the rooms were in great condition—almost like new—there were a few aspects of the stay that could have been better. At 4 a.m., we were unexpectedly disturbed by loud noise outside our motel room. Upon checking, it seemed to be the hotel handyman working nearby, which was a bit unsettling. The check-in process was straightforward but lacked some details. For instance, I had to find out the Wi-Fi code on my own. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi coverage was limited, with better reception near the lobby. Mobile reception was also a bit weak, which made the Wi-Fi situation more noticeable. The photos on the hotel’s website appeared to be from a time when everything was in better shape. The pool area looked a little worn and could use some attention. The breakfast offered was quite basic, especially for the price we paid. We've stayed at other Days Inn locations where we paid less per night and had a more extensive breakfast. The breakfast area is also used for other purposes, like a pizzeria and storage space, which made it feel a bit crowded. While the room itself was comfortable and the location decent, there are areas where improvements could be made to enhance the guest experience.
